When you clapped on your doorstep to thank NHS workers during the Covid-19 pandemic, who were you thinking of?

An extraordinary range of roles make their vital contribution to the NHS workforce. This workforce has been dependent since its inception on the contribution of migrant workers and is more ethnically diverse today than ever.
